OverviewAs a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain processes of Auterion products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, while providing the overall strategic and operational oversight necessary to ensure excellence across our global value chain.Responsibilities and DutiesRun the planning, controlling, and optimization of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, scheduling, and order managementIdentify and eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies across the supply chainServe as the primary operational go-to person between purchasing, production planning, logistics, engineering and sales — ensuring information flows smoothly and handoffs are seamlessIdentify, design, and implement improvements to supply chain processes and tools, including ERP configuration, reporting enhancements, and workflow automationDocument processes, develop standard operating procedures, and drive adoptionPrepare and analyze reports, providing timely and accurate reporting on KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, inventory levels)Actively support daily operations and cross-functional projectsAct as the first point of escalation for supply disruptions, component shortages, and logistics failures — driving rapid, solution-oriented resolution with minimal business impactOversee daily supply chain operations - ensuring purchase orders, shipments, and inventory movements are executed on time and in fullMaintain contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies for critical components and high-risk supply categoriesManage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other partnersQualifications and Skills2+ years of professional experience in a supply chain-related role (e.g., logistics, planning, procurement, customer service)Strong hands-on mentality – willing to support operational tasks as neededHigh level of flexibility, motivation, and reliabilityConfident use of Google Workspace (Gsuite)Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuiteSolid Excel skills and quick understanding of digital toolsFluency in English (spoken and written) is required, German skills are a plusTeam player with a structured and proactive working style and strong communication skillsUS Citizenship requiredBase Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000BenefitsFlexible working hoursStock OptionsUnlimited PTOHealth Insurance (includes dental & vision)Medical flex spendingLife InsuranceRetirement Plan - 401k with company matchEnhanced maternity & paternity leaveAbout AuterionWe are building the leading software platform for AI-powered autonomous systems for enterprise and government customers.
