    Description

    Intertec Engineering a full service Engineering firm is looking to build a team of Supply Chain Continuity Specialists, for a long term contract opportunity. These roles will be Hybrid, working 2–3 days on‑site in the Phoenix area and the remaining time working remote.As a Supply Chain Continuity Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in minimizing our client's gaps in supply, enhancing our supplier performance, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality products and services, driving operational excellence and improving supplier performance while working as a team to drive timely results.Key Responsibilities Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and be able to resolve problems quicklyExhaust all viable supply chain options in order to minimize gaps in supplyWork with various suppliers and stakeholders to identify resolutionsBe able to read Line of Balance and Clear to BuildUtilize SAP, Excel, and Action Rail on daily basisBe able to develop metrics around results and present updates to leadership on a weekly basisDevelop and execute a comprehensive supplier development strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, ensuring the enhancement of supplier performance and capabilities.Must be able to travelSkills and Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics or equivalent work experience.4 or more years of experience in supplier development, engineering, or a related leadership role.Strong background in SAP, Excel, Clear to Build & Line of BalanceStrong leadership and team management skills.In‑depth knowledge of supplier development strategies, supplier relationship management, and quality control.Proven track record of delivering fast results.US Citizens are encouraged to apply, and NO 3rd Party candidates will be considered!Please ONLY principals and Active candidates Apply!To apply or for further inquiries, please send your resume or questions to:#J-18808-Ljbffr
