This role supports the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) across multiple assembly and installation warehouse sites. The analyst will collaborate with operations, IT, and business teams to manage system integrations, drive process improvements, and support post-implementation activities.Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams across various business processesDevelop expertise in WMS functionality and integration with host systemsSupport system configuration, testing, training, rollouts, and auditsPresent analysis and recommendations to senior and executive leadershipSolve complex business scenarios within the WMS spaceDefine and implement standards and process roadmapsEnsure compliance with inventory policies, contracts, and regulationsFacilitate workshops and build strong relationships with end usersDeliver accurate documentation and communicate results effectivelyTrain site trainers and assist in developing SOPsBenchmark industry best practices and present findings internallyPrepare business cases and cost-benefit analysesRepresent user needs and project status to IT teamsOperate independently with minimal supervisionRequired Qualifications Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Manhattan)Hands-on WMS implementation experience from a business/operational perspectiveExperience supporting production applications or data warehousesFamiliarity with business intelligence or data warehousing developmentStrong presentation skills across all levels, including executivesKnowledge of warehouse operations and logisticsAdvanced understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologiesPreferred Qualifications Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain systemsPrior experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments is a plusEducation and Experience Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, orMaster's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, orEquivalent combination of education and experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
