We are guided by our passions integrity, teamwork, customer centricity, and innovation – always working together as #oneVAT.Joining us means becoming part of a passionate, international team where your voice is heard, your ideas matter, and your career growth is supported.Your ResponsibilitiesOwn supplier setup and initial purchasing for NPI, including cost and inventory managementDesign and implement effective supply chain concepts to bring new products into production smoothlyCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure transparent communication and on-time deliveryMaintain logistics master data and enable seamless integration into MRP processesMonitor NPI orders and proactively ensure timely shipmentsManage and drive the NPI Product Approval Workflow in Dynamics 365Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costsAnticipate supply risks, define mitigation actions, and track KPIs while ensuring complianceRequirementsDegree in supply chain, procurement, project management, or equivalent practical experienceExperience in supply chain, procurement, or project purchasing, ideally in an industrial environmentUnderstanding of supply chain strategies, cost structures, and multi-sourcing approachesStrong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus)Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvementStrong communication and negotiation skills; able to work independently and collaborativelyGood organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesVery good German and good English skillsOur commitment to inclusion, fairness and equal opportunitiesWe believe in meaningful careers, continuous learning, and equal opportunities for everyone to drive our innovation and success.
