    Job Description Posted Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 4:00 AMPosition Overview:As a Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory within the warehouse. The role is crucial to maintaining inventory, integrity, reducing errors and enhancing overall warehouse performance.Responsibilities:Resolving inventory related issues using the Warehouse Management SystemPerforming cycle countsMoving products according to the company needs and slotting requirementsCompleting slot moves of product on the computerEnsuring proper rotation of all perishable itemsAssisting other departments in resolving issues with misplaced products or other inventory related discrepanciesCollaborating with relevant teams to address and rectify any discrepancies or quality issuesEnsuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations and industry standardsMaintaining detailed records of audit findings, discrepancies and corrective actions takenCommunicating audit results to management in a clear and concise mannerAssist in cleaning and maintaining a safe working environment in the warehouseFlexibility to work various or additional shifts, as needed including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPerform other duties as assigned by leadershipSchedule:Sunday-Thursday 7 AM Start-CompletionRate :$18.00/hourExperience:Preferred: One (1) year distribution, warehouse, or selection experiencePreferred: MHE experience (Electric pallet jacks such as center riders or long forks; forklifts)Preferred: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadershipSkills:Safety Culture: Maintain and drive safety policies to all associates; driving for accountability of safe practices throughout the shiftPhysical abilities : May be required to lift up to 80-85lbs.; standing, bending, lifting, and twisting for up to 90% of your shift; frequently lifting product from various heights, including floor level to over your head; Ability to stand or walk at least 10 hours daily; working in various temperature-controlled environments; the ability to operate required material handling equipment – getting on and off equipment throughout shiftStrong communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily basisOrganizational Skills: Ability to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner; ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesWorking in a team-based environment: Working independently and as a team player to ensure our customers are receiving orders in a timely manner and with the highest qualityQuality: Maintain integrity and high standards of product handling from all perspectives#J-18808-Ljbffr
