    Description

    Talent Acquisition Coordinator

    LHH is partnering with a healthcare organization in Piscataway, NJ to identify a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a long-term interim assignment. This is a part-time opportunity supporting a high-volume hiring environment, with a focus on onboarding coordination and candidate engagement.

    This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing onboarding processes within a fast-paced setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate onboarding and placement activities for new hires
    • Conduct background checks using HireRight, including data entry and follow-ups
    • Guide candidates through onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
    • Perform education verifications
    • Monitor onboarding portals to ensure timely completion of required documents and health screenings
    • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the onboarding process to ensure engagement and completion
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma required
    • Minimum of 1 year of high-volume corporate onboarding experience
    • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proven ability to follow up and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
