Responsibilities
Work with managers to fill vacancies as they occur. Maintain Vacancy Tracking Logs.
Assure vacancies are closed quickly (not to exceed a 30-day period).
Meet all established recruitment goals for the quarter/year.
Screen applicants and manage pre-employment processing for candidates. Administer assessment tests as needed
Work with operations managers on recruitment plan for new contracts.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Post openings in with professional organizations and in other position appropriate venues.
Utilize the Internet for recruitment
Create and maintain monthly recruitment calendar, outlining external and internal recruitment fairs/interviews.
Partner with Administrative Assistant to complete new hire and employment paperwork (i.e. hiring sheets, transfers in BOETA, status changes, etc..).
Ensure all aspects of onboarding are completed prior to new hires beginning to train
Responsible for all aspects of licensing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma and at least 3 years of experience recruiting in a high volume work place.
Must be very organized with superior attention to detail.
Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
Must have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMs preferred).
