    Description

    Talent Acquisition

    We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to identify, attract, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring needs.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals)
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
    • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to stakeholders
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    • Negotiate job offers and manage offer acceptance
    • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports (ATS systems)
    • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and best practices
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
    • Strong understanding of hiring processes and employment laws
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines

    Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job portals)
