    Description

    Summary

    Under the leadership of the Manager of Talent Pipeline, responsible for onboarding students and volunteers entering the health system. Works closely with students and volunteers to ensure tasks are completed and paperwork is processed appropriately.

    Works in collaboration with both Education Services and Volunteer Services to ensure contingent workers are set up for success on their first day at Parkview. This process includes, but is not limited to, creating new profiles in ATS and HR system, review of drug screen and physical results, review of background investigations, review of vaccinations status, management of student rosters, and validating that students and volunteers comply prior to their scheduled start date.

    Also manages administrative projects for Education Services and Volunteer Services, including but not limited to internal leader inventory, compliance, document preparation and other administrative and receptionist-based functions.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED is required.

    • Administration or Human Resources experience preferred.

    • Experience with web-based programs required.

    • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

    • Demonstrates exceptional communication, time management, organization and customer service skills.

    • Demonstrates ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    • Team player, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.

    • Ability to work independently.

    • Proficiency in written and verbal communication with high level of presentation skills.
