Ensure each employee is familiar with their post, duties, and responsibilities to effectively perform their responsibilities. Provide effective supervision of employees. Supervisory personnel shall be available to receive and implement orders.Oversee the 100% accountability of equipment inventory (sensitive items) - research proper selection and procurement of specialized equipmentEnsure contract compliance with policies, schedules, and deliverablesAssist in compiling information and developing weekly and monthly status reportsManage the work associated with the protective services required herein to assure fully adequate and timely completion of these services. This includes a full range of management and administrative duties including planning, scheduling, report preparation, establishing and maintaining records and quality controlProvide continuous assessment and evaluation to identify protective services weaknesses and vulnerabilities and initiate corrective actionPrepare and maintain documentation and recordsDocument and implement procedures which ensure the effective management and take immediate appropriate action if there is reasonable cause to suspect that the individual is a hazard to themselves or others, or is not ready, willing, and able to perform dutiesProvide security audits, inspections, reviews, and assessmentsPrepare and present security awareness, crime prevention, emergency management, and other security briefingsMaintain an updated list of employees working under this contract and their designated locations, as well as photographs of all staffEducation / ExperienceRequired:Bachelor's degree of the equivalent education and/or experienceMinimum of five (5) years' relevant experience Intermediate user level of computer systemsMinimum of three (3) years' leadership experienceExperience in managing Labor Relations issues, collective bargaining negotiations, responding to and investigating grievancesAccountability - the extent to which an individual is willing to accept responsibilityOral/Written communications skills - the extent to which an individual communicates with economy and clarity, actively engaging in conversations in order to clearly understand others' message and intent, and receives and processes feedback; the extend to which an individual writes concise, clear letters, reports, articles, or e-mails, including proofing and editingManagerial skills - the ability of the individual to achieve desired outcomes by setting goals and priorities that deliver resultsProblem solving skills - the ability of the individual to recognize courses of action which can be taken to handle problems or potential problems and applying contingency plans to solve those problemsTime management skills - the ability of the individual to effectively utilize available time for the completion of necessary job tasksObtain and maintain a Top Secret Security ClearanceKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to create, to maintain, and prepare records and reportsAble to perform tasks with minimal oversightAbility to problem-solve and strong organizational, time-management and analytical skills; International experience preferred in logistics, operationsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writingObtain and maintain valid driver licenseMust pass drug test prior to and during employment as requiredReporting ToCaptainsGolden SVCS, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
