    Full-time • Onsite • Day ShiftAt Sibanye-Stillwater, every role supports our mission to operate safely, responsibly, and sustainably. We are seeking a Team Lead – Warehouse to provide hands‑on leadership and support the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials throughout our Fairless Hills operation.Working closely with Warehouse, Operations, Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, and site leadership, you'll help coordinate daily warehouse activities, support frontline employees, and ensure operational continuity in a fast‑paced industrial environment.This is a working lead position responsible for providing day‑to‑day operational support and guidance. The role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities.What You'll DoLead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, staging, picking, and shipping materialsServe as a working lead by supporting frontline employees during daily operationsCoordinate workflow and task assignments to meet productivity, quality, and accuracy goalsPromote a Safety First culture by reinforcing safe work practices and company proceduresAssist with inventory control, material movement, documentation, and cycle count activitiesCommunicate operational priorities, issues, and resource needs to supervisors and managementPartner with Operations, Logistics, and other departments to maintain efficient material flowSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and customer serviceQualificationsTwo or more years of warehouse, logistics, material handling, or distribution experiencePrevious lead, acting lead, or team lead experience preferredStrong communication, organizational, and teamwork skillsAbility to prioritize work in a fast-paced industrial environmentForklift experience preferredBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or inventory systems, preferredCompliance RequirementsMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust meet ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) eligibility requirementsMust successfully satisfy NAID AAA Certification background screening requirementsAbility to work throughout an active industrial manufacturing environmentAbility to safely operate warehouse equipment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screeningSchedule & BenefitsMonday through FridayDay Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMMedical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days401(k) with company match after six monthsPaid time off and company holidaysCompany-sponsored events and team lunchesProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesEqual Opportunity EmployerSibanye-Stillwater is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.Ready to Make an Impact?If you enjoy leading by example, supporting your team on the warehouse floor, and helping drive safe, efficient operations, we'd love to hear from you.
