Team Member - Full Time

Today Cleaners is looking for full-time Team Members to join our close-knit team. We are a 4th generation, family owned and operated company with a great reputation in our local market. Today Cleaners is an industry leader in dry-cleaning & laundry services. The successful Team Member will have a friendly demeanor, will build rapport with customers to help solve their problems, and be a multi-tasker. The successful Team Member that becomes a part of our growing team will be responsible for the following:

• Greet all incoming customers with enthusiasm and courtesy
• Duties include the use of Point of Sale computer system, inspecting and bagging orders, racking and hanging clothes, marking-in orders and maintaining the cleanliness of the store
• Operate steam pressing machines to remove wrinkles from garments
• Working with your team to deliver same day dry-cleaning & laundry services for our customers
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications for Team Members:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle client's garment with care
• Ability to get to different locations, locally, via transit or personal transportation as scheduled
• Experience handling money and financial transactions
• Previous industry experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but is not required
