As a Sanitation Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary facility to support food safety, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across production and support areas.Shift & Schedule Shift: 1stHours: 6 AM- 2:30 PMWeekend availability : RequiredCompensation Hourly Rate: $20.00– $22.00Core Accountabilities (What You'll be Doing) Maintain cleanliness of facility surfaces, including floors, walls, ceilings, and drains, in accordance with sanitation schedulesManage waste disposal processes, including trash collection and cardboard compaction, to support a clean and organized workplaceExecute sanitation procedures for production equipment during scheduled downtime and maintenance periodsOperate and maintain sanitation equipment, such as floor scrubbers, to ensure safe and hygienic conditionsEnsure all sanitation tools and supplies are properly maintained and ready for useSupport audit readiness by preparing the facility for inspections, customer visits, and regulatory reviewsPromote food safety and quality standards by identifying and reporting potential contamination risksMinimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standardsAbility to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyPhysical capability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movementsWillingness to work in variable temperature environments (hot, cold, humid)Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and sanitation down-days as neededPreferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) High School Diploma or GEDPrior experience in a bakery or food manufacturing environmentBilingual skills in English and SpanishAspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization.
