We're seeking reliable, hands-on Technical Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in the Charlotte area. If you enjoy working with tools, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand & power tools
- Follow work orders and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Label wires and components accurately
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Support production team goals with efficiency and attention to detail
- 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Ability to read instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, gauges, components) is a plus
- Opportunity to grow within a stable manufacturing environment
- Team-oriented culture
