This role involves sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates for a variety of technical roles within high-demand IT sectors, including Data Science, Cloud Computing, DevOps, and more. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a consultative approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Source and qualify candidates for technical roles based on skill assessments and soft skills evaluation.
- Manage candidate tracking and documentation within our database system.
- Provide comprehensive candidate summaries and submission reports to the sales team.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Extend offers and facilitate candidate onboarding processes.
Required Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone presence and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple open job orders simultaneously.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, consultative service.
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience in staffing agency or technical recruiting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools.
