    Job Overview Core:
    • The Technical Team Lead is responsible for guiding and managing the work of their team within their assigned technology function, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals. They serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, driving efficiency, innovation, and adherence to best practices.
    • The Technical Team Lead fosters a high-performance culture by facilitating effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making within and across teams. They support operational excellence by overseeing project execution, maintaining compliance with policies, and contributing to process improvements.
    • In addition to technical expertise, this role requires strong leadership skills to manage, guide and mentor team members, foster collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of projects/services. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background, a passion for automation, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
    • MODIFIERS Specializes in end-to-end application integration development, working across both frontend and backend technologies and across technology stacks while integrating cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Responsibilities Core:
    • Coordinates team schedules, workloads, and resource allocation to meet business needs.
    • Supervise, mentor, and support team members to achieve goals and deliverables.
    • Monitor daily operations, troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements for efficiency.
    • Providing technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
    • Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on progress and challenges.
    • Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimize productivity.
    • Ensure best practices in documentation, technical processes, and knowledge sharing.
    • Ensure adherence to Enterprise Architecture, Standards and Policies.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and key outcomes.
    • Lead training, development, and continuous learning to enhance team capabilities.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align technical solutions with business objectives.
    • Make strategic, data-driven decisions to proactively address challenges and ensure scalability.
    • Oversee the delivery of high-quality projects, managing scoping, collaborating on project planning, and risk mitigation.
    • Promote a culture that reflects our core values, providing mentorship and guidance to lead the team to success while managing technical scope and maintaining system integrity.
    • Collaborate with offshore teams as applicable to devise strategic solutions using appropriate technologies Modifiers Design, Develop, and Implement Solutions & Integrations
    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications using .Net and Azure Web Services.
    • Oversee the building and maintenance of RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
    • Ensure the writing of efficient, clean, and maintainable .Net/Azure code following best practices via code reviews.
    • Guide, develop and implement secure API access using OAuth2, JWT, and Azure AD authentication. Cloud Development & Azure Integration
    • Lead the deployment and management of applications on Azure App Services, Azure Container Apps, or Azure Functions.
    • Guide, develop and implement event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus.
    • Design and optimize SQL & NoSQL databases (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB). DevOps & CI/CD Automation
    • Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
    • Develop and oversee containerized applications using Docker & Kubernetes. Skills Core:

    • Documentation & Communication - Clearly document processes, requirements, and troubleshooting steps using industry-standard technologies.
    • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work - Work with teams across disciplines to integrate and optimize solutions.
    • Frameworks & Methodologies - Design and implement relevant frameworks & methodologies to standardize solutions. Modifiers
    Mandatory Skills:
    • Expertise in .Net and Azure development
    • Expertise in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications.
    • Proficiency with Azure Container Apps, AKS, Functions, Event Grid, or Service Bus.
    • Microservices & API Development: Experience with REST, GraphQL, Swagger, or OpenAPI.
    • Knowledge of Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, MongoDB, or Redis.
    • Skilled in using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
    • Familiarity with Azure Event Hubs. Education / Experience / Certifications Core:
    • 7+ Years of experience in one or more technology domains and the related technical skills
    • 5+ years of experience leading teams
    • Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field; professional experience may substitute Master's degree in STEM or Business is a plus.
    • Prior industry experience in Financial Services, Auto Lending or Automotive a plus One or more certifications are preferred (Underline certifications are required).
    Certifications Required:
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (required).
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred).
    • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (preferred).
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (preferred).
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (optional).
