    POSITION SUMMARY

    We're looking for a Technical Training Specialist to help develop and deliver training that supports our manufacturing teams. In this role, you'll make sure employees have the knowledge and skills needed to work safely, confidently, and in line with company and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on, collaborative position that directly contributes to a strong and well-trained workforce.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing and production teams
      • Coordinate training schedules based on staffing needs and operational priorities
      • Lead hands-on and classroom training on equipment, processes, safety practices, and quality standards
      • Continuously improve training content based on feedback and effectiveness
      • Maintain accurate training records to meet company and regulatory requirements
      • Partner with department leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify training needs
      • Support new hire onboarding through technical orientation and job-specific instruction
      • Assist with the creation of SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
      • Other Duties as assigned
    QUALIFICATIONS
      • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or technical training in a fast-paced environment
      • Experience as a Training Administrator, Training Coordinator, or similar role
      • Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, quality practices, and safety standards
      • Hands-on experience with assembly, crimping, and soldering (including terminals and thru-hole components); IPC certification is a plus
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
      • Ability to adapt training to different learning styles, using adult learning and instructional design principles
      • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
      • Solid organization and time-management skills; able to work independently
      • Comfortable collaborating across teams and building relationships with diverse groups
