Location: Broussard, LA Job Type: Full-Time Pay:$18.00 + DOE Travel: Approximately 40% travel required (including offshore assignments)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Onshore & Offshore Water Treatment Technician to join our team in Broussard, LA. This position assists with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of water treatment equipment at customer locations both onshore and offshore.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, traveling to job sites, and working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with the installation and commissioning of water treatment equipment.
Support equipment trial runs to verify proper operation and compliance with specifications.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on water treatment systems and related equipment.
Assist with responding to customer service and system calls.
Help train customers on the proper operation, maintenance, and adjustment of equipment.
Maintain tools, testing equipment, and service vehicles in good working condition.
Complete service reports and other required documentation accurately and promptly.
Follow all company safety policies and customer site requirements.
Travel to customer locations, including offshore facilities, as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with tools and equipment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing and able to travel approximately 40% of the time.
Must be able to work both onshore and offshore environments.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

H2S
Rigging
Fall Protection
Swing Rope
Fire Safety
Confined Space Entry
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license required.
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR/DMV) check must meet company driving requirements.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain all required offshore certifications.
Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including drug screening and background check if required.
