    Description

    Ticket Sales Coordinator

    The Ticket Sales Coordinator will be responsible for generating revenue primarily through outbound communication with prospects for season, single, and group sales. This position will sell ticketed sports including but not limited to Football and Men and Women's Basketball, and a full menu of products – Season Tickets, Suites, Premium Seats, Donations, Groups, Mini Plans, and Single Game Tickets. The Ticket Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Ticket Sales.

    Job Summary:

    Fulfills ticket orders and answers customer inquiries. Tracks sales, generates reports, and maintains records. Assigns tasks and provides guidance. Aids in crafting effective ticketing sales strategies.

    Essential Functions:

    • Develop and maintain personal relationships with Panther fans to convert into season tickets, mini-plans single games, or group sales.
    • Make a minimum of 60+ calls per day with a goal of 20-25 connections.
    • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while providing great service.
    • Provide prompt, thorough and complete responses to all inbound customer communications such as phone calls or emails.
    • Work all football and men's basketball gamedays.
    • Support the ticket operations team and their staffing needs for football and men's basketball.
    • Keep detailed notes and logistics of all customer interactions and renewals through Paciolan and Salesforce database.
    • Oversee new group ticket initiatives including theme days, promo nights and more.

    Physical Effort:

    Computer work, ability to travel and attend meetings on and off campus. Required to be mobile for long periods of time especially on gamedays.

    Additional details about Required Licensure/Certification: Bachelors degree required. Collegiate Athletics experience strongly preferred. An equivalent combination of work and high-level playing experience may be substituted at the discretion of the University.

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00p.m.

    Work Arrangement: On-Campus: Teams that work on campus, in an office, or in a lab.
