We are seeking a dedicated Toll Booth Operator to join our transportation services team. Duties

• Collect toll fees from drivers using cash, electronic payment systems, or card transactions with precision and professionalism
• Operate toll booth equipment safely and efficiently, including manual handling of cash and electronic devices
• Provide courteous assistance and information to motorists regarding toll procedures and directions
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, including cash handling and reconciliation
• Assist with vehicle management tasks such as valet parking and heavy lifting when required
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times
• Perform routine maintenance checks on toll equipment and report any malfunctions promptly
• Support the team during peak hours by managing multiple lanes and ensuring smooth traffic flow

Skills

• Proven experience in cashiering, customer service, or retail math with strong numeracy skills
• Ability to handle cash securely and accurately while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with valet parking, manual handling, driving, or dealership operations is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are preferred
• Physical ability for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks associated with vehicle management
• Familiarity with electronic toll collection systems and retail math principles
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
