Likewize is searching for a Training Supervisor to join us at our distribution center in Flower Mound, Texas.

This opportunity is perfect for a proactive and adaptable trainer who brings learning to life through engaging training programs and team leadership. As our Training Supervisor, you'll help employees build skills, boost confidence, and achieve success while fostering a high-performing culture that champions productivity, safety, and engagement within the warehouse. You'll also help enhance our current training programs to make them the best that they can be for our operations teams. Your Key Areas of Focus

• Design and deliver engaging, compliant, and high-impact training programs that empower associates across multiple distribution center functions to perform at their best.
  
• Continuously evaluate and enhance existing training content and delivery methods to drive operational excellence, knowledge retention, and employee engagement.
  
• Create clear, effective, and user-friendly job aids, learning materials, and resources that support day-to-day success and long-term development.
  
• Lead onboarding programs that set new hires up for confidence, productivity, and success from day one.
  
• Partner closely with Operations, Safety, and site leadership teams to identify training opportunities, close skill gaps, and support business objectives.
  
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and development by coaching associates and reinforcing best practices on the warehouse floor.
  
• Monitor training effectiveness through observations, assessments, and performance metrics, using insights to drive ongoing improvements.
  
• Support the successful rollout of new processes, technologies, and operational initiatives by developing and delivering timely, impactful training solutions.
  

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience delivering training in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment, with a passion for helping others learn and succeed.
  
• Comfortable leading engaging training sessions for large groups, with the ability to capture attention and create a positive learning experience.
  
• Experience developing, enhancing, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials that drive consistency and operational excellence.
  
• A confident and dynamic communicator who is bilingual in English and Spanish (required) and enjoys presenting, facilitating discussions, and connecting with diverse audiences.
  
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintaining accurate training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually engaging and effective training presentations.
  
• A relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative environment, able to connect with associates, leaders, and cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization.
  
• A proactive, energetic professional with a passion for continuous learning, employee development, and creating impactful training experiences.
  

Extra Skills We'd Love to See

• Experience in the wireless or telecommunications industry to get you ramped up quickly in this fast-paced role
  
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and similar safety and compliance programs.
  
• Experience developing and/or facilitating Warehouse Management System (WMS) training programs.

While your home base will be our Flower Mound distribution center, every now and then you'll take your talents on the road! This role may require occasional travel to other local Likewize locations, including our global headquarters in Southlake and our Lewisville distribution center, to support training programs and business needs across the organization.

Where We Work

Our Flower Mound distribution center is located on Lakeside Parkway in the DFW Trade Center, offering easy access to major highways as well as a 10-minute commute to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. We take pride in the onsite amenities we provide for our distribution center team - including a climate-controlled work environment, a beverage station with coffee, tea, and filtered ice & water, multiple vending machines for convenient dining options, and personal lockers for storing personal belongings.
