As a Trust Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, financial reporting, and administration of multiemployer fringe benefit funds, including health and welfare, pension, annuity, apprenticeship, and other employee benefit plans. In this role, you will ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, trust agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal control procedures. You will also collaborate with fund trustees, auditors, plan administrators, and contributing employers to support the effective management and financial integrity of the benefit plans.
This is a full-time on-site position, (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday. Employees must be available to work an 8-hour shift during regular business hours, which are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. The office is located at 230 Lexington Green Circle, STE400 Lexington, KY 40503.
We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $49,700 - $88,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
