UI/UX Senior Designer

Location - Alpharetta, GA or Wilmington, DE (5 days onsite is mandatory)

Job Summary: The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for user interfaces and user experiences. They will play a key role in enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and interaction between the user and the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
• Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
• Collaborate within team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision
• In-depth understanding of UI/UX best practices
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX design projects
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
