Phoenix Home Care is looking for a dependable, highly flexible caregiver in the Columbia area who is willing to step in wherever care is needed. Your day may look different from one day to the next, and you could support different clients throughout the week.

We're looking for that rare, flexible caregiver who can adapt, jump in when needed, and genuinely enjoys helping wherever they're needed most.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Is comfortable with a schedule that changes from day to day
• Is willing to travel up to 2 hours to provide care
• Has broad availability and can respond to client needs day or night
• Is comfortable being on call for client needs
• Enjoys working with different clients and care situations
• Can confidently adapt to changing priorities and schedules
• Takes pride in being someone the team can count on

What You'll Do

• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with daily activities

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and drug test
