• Own and lead the integrated Change Enablement strategy for the payroll transformation organization, connecting communications, executive messaging, training, stakeholder engagement, change management, and organizational readiness.
• Translate the transformation roadmap into an executable change enablement plan aligned to business milestones, release schedules, deployment activities, and strategic objectives.
• Establish the Change Enablement operating model, governance routines, standards, tools, templates, and execution framework to support consistent delivery across the portfolio.
• Lead, manage, and develop Change Enablement Managers, providing clear priorities, expectations, coaching, and accountability for quality and timely execution.

• Strong experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation, change enablement, communications, training, organizational readiness, or program management initiatives.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to connect transformation goals to practical execution plans, governance routines, stakeholder actions, and measurable outcomes.
• Executive presence and the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and concisely with senior leaders, sponsors, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to simplify complex information into clear messages, decisions, risks, actions, and recommendations for different audiences.
• Proven experience developing executive-level communications, leadership updates, talking points, and decision-ready materials that translate complex transformation activity into clear messages, risks, actions, and recommendations.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

• Stock The Director, Change Enablement (CTC) is a senior transformation leader responsible for defining and delivering the integrated communications, executive messaging, training, change management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness strategy for a large-scale payroll enterprise transformation. This role owns the Change Enablement operating model and will lead and direct a team of Change Enablement Managers responsible for communications, training coordination, stakeholder engagement, change activities, and readiness planning. The Director provides strategic direction, establishes priorities and standards, manages dependencies and risks, and ensures consistent, high-quality execution across the portfolio. About the team: Our team leads comprehensive payroll transformation across the U.S. and Canada by integrating Program Management, Change Enablement, and the Payroll Center of Excellence. Program Management ensures disciplined execution through planning, governance, and risk management. Change Enablement addresses the people side of transformation by preparing leaders and employees for new processes and technologies via communication and training. The Payroll Center of Excellence provides centralized oversight, aligning projects and standards across payroll systems. Together, we connect strategy, execution, technology, and people to successfully deliver and sustain payroll transformation initiatives.
