What you'll do...
We are seeking a Director of Data, Identity & Measurement Product Marketing to lead the product marketing function responsible for accelerating adoption, utilization, and product commercialization across Walmart Connect's data, identity, and measurement portfolio. This leader will own the strategy, go-to-market execution, and adoption management of Walmart Connect's data, identity, and measurement ecosystem while building a high-performing team, influencing senior stakeholders, and establishing scalable operating models.
This leader will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Revenue, Sales, Measurement Science, Analytics, and Strategy teams to translate complex data, identity, and measurement capabilities into customer value, business outcomes, and scalable growth strategies. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, this role will help shape product strategy, roadmap priorities, adoption strategies, and cross-functional decision-making that drives advertiser success and platform growth.
In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy and commercialization of Walmart Connect's data, identity, and measurement portfolio, including first-party data activation, data collaboration, identity, attribution, incrementality, and measurement capabilities. You will work closely with Product and business leaders to ensure these capabilities are effectively positioned, launched, adopted, and optimized to help advertisers understand who they are reaching, what is driving performance, and how media investments translate into business outcomes.
You will also help identify and prioritize growth opportunities, synthesize customer and market feedback, and partner with Product teams to influence roadmap priorities. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of measurement and data-driven advertising at Walmart Connect while driving adoption of innovative solutions across a rapidly growing platform.
