- Operates equipment, stocks merchandise, and maintains safety and cleanliness standards.
- Provides member service by assisting with product selection, resolving issues, and promoting services.
- Ensures accurate inventory management, staging, and replenishment to prevent shrinkage.
- Supports technology services and identifies opportunities to improve processes.
- Fosters a respectful, inclusive work environment, demonstrating integrity and teamwork.
- Delivers customer results, drives continuous improvement, and maintains safety protocols.
