Manages daily maintenance department operations by:
Ensuring proper diagnosis of equipment issues.
Developing repair alternatives and corrective action plans.
Overseeing repairs to power equipment, electrical systems, electronics, conveyor systems, and other facility equipment.
Ensuring associates are properly trained to perform equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
Oversees the maintenance and repair of:
Material handling equipment.
Pneumatic systems.
Electrical systems.
Air compressors.
Ammonia refrigeration equipment.
Conveyor systems.
Energy center operations, where applicable.
General building systems and infrastructure.
Supports production operations by ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
Assigns and supports activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
Hazardous waste regulations.
National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards.
Stormwater compliance requirements.
Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Other applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Assigns and supports the maintenance of automated material handling equipment and systems that support plant operations.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by:
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Supporting plans and initiatives that meet customer and business needs.
Identifying and communicating goals and objectives.
Building accountability and measuring progress toward achieving results.
Identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
