About the team: The Account Management team at Sam’s Club Connect delivers tailored advertising solutions to support beverage SMB advertisers’ growth. Leveraging industry knowledge, data insights, and strategic planning, the team builds strong client relationships and optimizes product offerings. Members collaborate with stakeholders to address complex business needs, enhance onboarding processes, and provide actionable recommendations. The team prioritizes continuous improvement, integrity, and customer focus, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives. Their efforts drive measurable value, contributing significantly to the success of clients and the organization.
What you'll do:- Develop and present business cases to support advertising projects aligned with overall strategy.
- Translate business requirements into actionable plans and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Analyze market trends, business metrics, and customer insights to recommend advertising solutions.
- Lead stakeholder engagement by building and maintaining effective internal and external partnerships.
- Oversee onboarding processes and resolve escalations to enhance customer experience.
- Manage sales proposals and presentations for advertising products and services.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement in account management practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
