About the team:

The team excels in building strong client partnerships by collaborating with Sales and Media Activation to deliver strategic advertising solutions. They monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and maintain clear communication through regular client interactions. Account Managers provide detailed reports to optimize outcomes and support sales goals. Emphasizing leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making, the team applies digital advertising expertise to enhance customer experiences. Operating within a structured, professional environment, they drive business growth through collaboration, strategic insight, and a commitment to delivering measurable value.

What you'll do:

• Lead advertising account management by translating business requirements into actionable projects aligned with overall strategy.
• Develop and present sales proposals and forecasts using data-driven insights to support revenue growth and customer retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Drive onboarding processes for complex customers, identifying improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Analyze business metrics and reports to provide recommendations that address market trends and optimize advertising solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering continuous learning and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

Chicago, Illinois US-10276: The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
