About the team: The Breakfast, Baking, and Commodities Merchandising Execution team ensures customers have access to the products they need across all shopping channels. Replenishment Inventory Solutions Managers collaborate with merchants, suppliers, and cross-functional partners to develop and implement inventory strategies that optimize product availability in stores and fulfillment centers. The team focuses on maintaining balanced inventory levels, improving in-stock performance, and responding swiftly to changing demand. By aligning inventory investments with operational efficiency, they deliver a seamless shopping experience nationwide, supporting Walmart's commitment to meeting customer needs effectively and efficiently. What you''ll do: Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration. Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular and promotional timing requirements. Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory health issues. Oversee inventory product flow, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and business goals. Manage network inventory positioning to optimize availability and cost efficiency. Provide strategic leadership by setting performance standards, mentoring team members, and fostering continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally to support inventory strategies and respond to supply chain disruptions. What you''ll bring: Proven expertise in inventory management, replenishment, and supply chain planning. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven root cause analysis and problem resolution. Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies. Experience managing inventory flows, purchase orders, and responding to supply disruptions. Demonstrated leadership in team development, mentoring, and performance management. Proficiency in utilizing inventory systems to optimize product flow and improve inventory health metrics. Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
