What you''ll do:

• Lead revenue operations initiatives to optimize scaled services, enablement and support functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and partnership across departments.
• Oversee program management activities, driving operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze business metrics and operational data to support decision-making and enhance revenue growth.

• Provide strategic guidance and operational support to ensure scalable and efficient processes.

What you''ll bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in program management, revenue operations, customer support operations, business operations, or a related field.
• Strong relationship management skills to effectively engage and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability in program management and operational excellence to support scalable service delivery.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and strategic management to align revenue goals with business objectives.
• Proficiency in operational support and analysis to optimize process and enhance customer enablement.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills to foster partnerships and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
