Collaborating across functions, we transform commercial goals into impactful merchandising that is dynamic, strategic, and grounded in customer analytics, market research, and category strategy to drive measurable results.

What you''ll do:

• Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing traffic plans, category displays, and product layouts to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive customer behavior through search results and navigation strategies.
• Analyze customer insights and market data to recommend site changes and improve performance.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, presenting data-driven recommendations and influencing decisions.
• Manage campaign launches, coordinating resources and evaluating promotional success.
• Utilize web analytics and SEO strategies to enhance site structure and content relevance.
• Lead and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

What you''ll bring:

• Proven expertise in site merchandising, including site navigation, visual merchandising, and use of site tools such as Tempo and Tango.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in customer analytics, market research, and data-driven decision making to inform site and category strategies.
• Effective communication and influencing abilities to present insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing and executing category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ability to manage product launches and promotional campaigns with detailed planning and evaluation.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and web analytics to measure site performance and customer behavior.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing team members while ensuring compliance with company standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
