Role summary:
The (USA) Manager, Supply Chain Management oversees the efficient flow of merchandise through distribution networks and fulfillment centers by resolving operational issues and analyzing data to enhance network performance. This role drives collaboration among stakeholders to meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals while identifying and addressing supply chain disruptions. The manager leads process improvement initiatives, supports compliance, and fosters strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. By promoting continuous learning and operational excellence, this position ensures effective supply chain execution aligned with company standards and strategic objectives.
About the team:
The team is central to the SAMS supply chain, managing end-to-end processes with a strong understanding of Walmart's operations and utilize them as a strong supporter and Partnership. Members are self-starters who excel in problem-solving and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. They collaborate closely to optimize merchandise flow, resolve escalations, and improve network efficiencies. The team leverages data analysis and root cause techniques to enhance supplier relationships and supply chain performance. Focused on continuous improvement, they drive process enhancements and support operational goals, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all supply chain partners to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
