Role summary:
Are you driven by data and passionate about APIs, technology platforms, and Marketplace ecosystems? Do you thrive in collaborative environments where you can turn business priorities into results? If so, this is the perfect fit for you! As Manager, Technology Operations, you will play a key role in executing initiatives across the Walmart Marketplace API ecosystem, working closely with Channel Partnership business and API product teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Operations – API Business Lead, this role will focus on driving the successful technical integration and onboarding of Channel Partners, improving operational processes, and supporting initiatives.
About the team:
The Partner Integration team leads the technical onboarding of Channel Partners, including Solution Providers and Direct Sellers, onto the Walmart Marketplace ecosystem through API integration. This team plays a key role in enhancing the Marketplace’s API platform by supporting operational initiatives. Members collaborate across functions to ensure seamless program execution, leveraging skills in program and project management, financial oversight, stakeholder communication, and data analysis. The team is committed to delivering strategic technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and support Walmart’s marketplace growth objectives.
What you'll do:

• Manage multiple Solution Provider and Channel Partner integration initiatives, ensuring appropriate prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and timely execution.
• Partner closely with Business, Product and Technology teams to translate business requirements and partner needs into actionable plans.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, integration challenges, process gaps, and opportunities to improve partner onboarding and API adoption.
• Develop metrics, reporting, and insights to measure program performance and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing processes and develop scalable approaches that improve the Solution Provider onboarding and integration experience.
• Support execution of API ecosystem and onboarding process initiatives.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise and experience in API the integration space, with bias towards action and data-driven thinking.
• Program and project management skills, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities to influence and align cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Solid understanding of technology operations, system integration, and organizational strategy to drive business results.
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing team members while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
