Role summary:
The Principal Product Manager will lead Walmart's global Talent Attraction and Candidate Engagement strategy across the end-to-end candidate journey, from job discovery and application through assessment, engagement, up to pre-boarding. This role will define the enterprise product vision for the Global Career Site, Enterprise Assessment Platform, and multi-agent candidate experience, ensuring they operate as one connected ecosystem. You'll shape how Walmart attracts, evaluates, converts, and engages talent across web, SMS, email, conversational AI, and third-party platforms, using data, AI, and customer insights to create personalized experiences, improve hiring outcomes, and strengthen Walmart's ability to attract talent globally.

Our portfolio spans the end-to-end talent journey, from attraction and hiring through onboarding, performance, learning, skills, internal mobility, and talent planning. This leader will leverage AI throughout the product development lifecycle to accelerate discovery, ideation, prototyping, decision-making, and delivery while helping shape the future of talent experiences.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
