The Principal, Systems and Infrastructure Engineer leads the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable infrastructure solutions to support business objectives. About the team:
The Enterprise Directory Services Core team manages Walmart's multiple Active Directory forests, ensuring essential services like LDAP function securely and efficiently. The team maintains a stable and well-protected Active Directory environment, exemplifying operational excellence. It provides consulting support to application teams by sharing best practices and resolving application-related issues. This team plays a vital role in sustaining the infrastructure that supports Walmart's business operations, focusing on reliability, security, modernization, and collaboration to effectively meet organizational needs.
What you'll do...
Lead the design, security, and management of hybrid identity systems. This role drives identity modernization, cloud-based identity and access management adoption, architecture standards, automation, and resilient directory services across large-scale infrastructure.
