About the team:
The Walmart US Talent Acquisition team acts as strategic advisors managing the full recruiting lifecycle for internal and external candidates. They collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure timely, effective hiring aligned with business goals. Utilizing data-driven insights and advanced sourcing techniques, the team continuously refines recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. What you'll do:

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and CRM tools, ensuring accurate data and timely communication.
• Execute targeted sourcing campaigns and maintain active candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Facilitate structured interview processes, coach interviewers, and ensure consistent evaluation and feedback.
• Monitor requisition progress, identify pipeline risks, and escalate issues with clear context.
• Lead offer negotiations within compensation guidelines and manage post-offer logistics.
• Track recruiting metrics to assess performance and support continuous process improvements.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and business partners to deliver recruitment outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions, track progress, and prioritize efforts effectively.
• Proficiency in using ATS and CRM tools for candidate sourcing, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to provide timely updates, coach interviewers, and maintain candidate engagement.
• Ability to execute structured interview processes and apply evaluation criteria consistently.
• Experience negotiating offers within compensation guidelines and managing post-offer logistics.
• Commitment to operational excellence, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
