We are seeking a Senior Manager, Ad Policy Operations (Enforcement) to lead and operationalize the end-to-end enforcement and moderation ecosystem, driving a scalable, high-performing operating model across people, processes, tooling, and governance.
This role will own the operational strategy and execution of enforcement operations, ensuring consistent decision-making, scalable workflows, and strong alignment between policy intent, moderation execution, and business needs. The Senior Manager will partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, reduce friction, and support a predictable, high-quality advertiser and internal experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
