The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads data-driven evaluation and reporting to support strategic business initiatives. Focused on business development, member value, channel optimization, marketing strategy, and performance storytelling, the team supports senior leadership in aligning priorities and driving action. Combining structured problem-solving with commercial insight, members leverage data and industry trends to create clear strategies. Positioned near executive decision-making, the team anticipates market shifts and develops innovative approaches that advance Sam's Club eCommerce beyond conventional boundaries.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
