The Senior Manager, Operations leads the execution of complex projects and programs related to the Emerging Business Unit. They will be responsible by managing timelines, resources, and communication to ensure successful implementation. This role provides data-driven insights to influence business strategies, drives process improvements to enhance efficiency, and collaborates cross-functionally to develop innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals. Responsible for overseeing budgets, mitigating risks, and fostering team development, the position ensures operational excellence while maintaining compliance with company policies. The Senior Manager champions continuous improvement and supports a high-performing environment to deliver measurable business results.
About the team:
The Program Management team leads organizational adoption and transformation with precision and purpose. Focused on disciplined execution, the team ensures initiatives achieve intended outcomes through effective program governance, change leadership, and stakeholder alignment. By managing transitions smoothly and fostering collaboration across functions, the team embeds strategic programs into scalable capabilities. This group drives operational excellence by leveraging data analysis, project management, and cross-functional leadership to enhance business efficiency and deliver measurable results that support Walmart’s ongoing growth and success.
What you'll do:

• Direct and manage project work streams, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation of initiatives.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations aligned with business objectives and operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve processes, tools, and strategies that enhance efficiency.
• Oversee budget management, approve expenditures, and develop contingency plans to address escalated issues.
• Lead and mentor associates, establishing performance expectations and fostering a high-performing team environment.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce costs and optimize business operations.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to support business plans and achieve key performance metrics.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
