We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Software Engineering to lead our Marketplace Platform team. As a people leader you will be responsible for managing a team of software engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain our marketplace platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a platform mindset, and experience with multitenancy and high-scale systems. Additionally, you will be expected to leverage AI tools to accelerate development and lead by example in a collaborative environment.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sams Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Stock.
