Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - PSM, leads the development and execution of compliance strategies for ammonia operations. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, conducting compliance audits and PHA''s, and advising leadership on compliance risks and opportunities. The position directs policy updates, oversees compliance training, and ensures ethical standards and legal requirements are being met. By fostering collaboration and continuous improvement, the role supports business objectives while maintaining integrity and accountability across operations. This leadership position is critical in driving compliance excellence and sustaining a culture of ethical conduct.

The PSM team plays a critical role in supporting Walmart's Supply Chain and Manufacturing operations by delivering expert guidance that ensures safe and compliant practices. This team leads efforts in monitoring regulations, developing policies, and addressing compliance challenges to uphold operational integrity. Members collaborate closely with leadership and business partners to implement effective strategies, provide training, and drive continuous improvement. The team fosters a culture of accountability and high performance, prioritizing clear communication, mentorship, and adherence to governance standards to support Walmart's commitment to ethical and compliant business operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
