About the team:
The team supports hiring for US technology and other business units, focusing on roles such as Software Engineers and Data Scientists. They partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, leveraging market data and analytics to guide decision-making. The team emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, sourcing innovation, and structured candidate evaluation to ensure quality hires. They continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. With expertise in recruiting concepts and stakeholder management, the team plays a critical role in aligning talent acquisition efforts with business goals and workforce planning priorities.
What you'll do:

• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation competitiveness, and hiring timeline trade-offs using market data and analytics.
• Develop and execute role-specific hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning needs.
• Design targeted sourcing approaches for critical skill sets, leveraging market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine interview frameworks and improve candidate evaluation consistency.
• Monitor recruiting metrics to identify process bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements.
• Negotiate offer packages balancing market data and candidate priorities within budget constraints.
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners to support hiring goals and operational excellence.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in recruiting concepts with the ability to advise hiring managers using market data and pipeline analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to influence interview design, candidate evaluation, and hiring strategy.
• Experience developing targeted sourcing strategies and leveraging talent intelligence platforms for critical skill sets.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and forecast hiring velocity to optimize workforce planning.
• Proficiency in designing structured interview frameworks and coaching stakeholders on candidate assessment.
• Skilled in negotiating competitive offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and business priorities.
• Commitment to operational excellence through process improvements and technology adoption.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
