What you'll do:

• Lead delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business objectives.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, efficient code across multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Integrate AI and machine learning components to enhance software capabilities and innovation.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical decision-making to ensure scalable and maintainable systems.
• Monitor application performance and support continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Mentor peers and contribute to engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in full stack software development with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust and API development.
• Proven experience in in managing complex system architecture and scaling.
• Strong experience in code review, debugging, and delivering scoped features through iterative and incremental development.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices to ensure maintainability and modularity.
• Ability to integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
• Demonstrated skills in solution design, technical leadership, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, automated testing, CI/CD deployment, and monitoring for high-quality software delivery.
