What you''ll do: Guides teams of engineers, including offshore associates, by providing documentation, direction, examples, and timelines. Supports business stakeholders by addressing technical questions, feasibility assessments, and implementation strategies. Manages complex projects from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions and recommends optimal approaches. Troubleshoots production issues through root cause analysis and resolution planning. Collaborates with product, project, business, and UX teams during discovery and design phases. Promotes engineering best practices, continuous improvement, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Proficiency in software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability. Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with platform objectives. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
