About the team:

CASPr Product team drives global e-commerce fulfillment and express delivery for Walmart and Sam's Club. This team leads data-driven, end-to-end product roadmaps to enhance customer experience while navigating complex global environments. Success depends on leveraging analytics to inform strategy, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering operational excellence that supports sustainable regional growth. The team collaborates closely across functions to optimize product lifecycle management and scale capabilities, ensuring impactful outcomes through strategic decision-making and continuous innovation in a dynamic marketplace.

What you''ll do:

• Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products, aligning with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, coordinating with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners to deliver value.
• Build deep customer and market understanding using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize product initiatives.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful product adoption and impact.
• Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product outcomes.
• Mentor product managers on discovery rigor, roadmap development, and launch readiness.
• Influence technical direction through collaboration with Engineering on architecture and innovation opportunities.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
