Role summary: The (USA) Store Manager - Supercenter leads facility operations by developing and executing strategic plans aligned with company goals. This role directs management and associates to ensure exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and financial performance. The manager fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and compliance while addressing workforce challenges through recruitment, training, and development. Serving as a community representative, the manager builds partnerships and drives engagement. What you'll do:- Develop and communicate a strategic vision aligned with company and local market plans to guide store operations and merchandising.
- Lead, mentor, and develop management and hourly associates, addressing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and asset protection while managing operational reviews and corrective actions.
- Drive financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals through budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Foster a customer-focused environment by modeling service standards and resolving issues effectively.
- Represent the company in community outreach and media engagements, promoting corporate programs and initiatives.

- Strong expertise in retail management, including strategic planning and execution aligned with company goals.
- Experience managing financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing key performance indicators.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $170,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)
State Pay Differential:
This job has an additional differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable.
Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50
nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination; OR 4 years
