Conduct all practices and contests. Work with Athletic Director for scheduling. Qualifications include the ability to motivate students, individualize instructions, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of rules and strategies is required, along with experience as a coach or player. Enthusiasm for the sport, coaching certification, and the ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the public are preferred. Experience in budgeting, inventory, and statistical data, as well as maintaining high ethical behavior, is also required. Available to work a flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Perform other duties as assigned by the athletic director.
