    GRADE:
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Responsible for handling criminal case files at various stages of completeness.
    • Responsible for all Early Termination Notices to victims and Assistant/Deputy District Attorneys (as required by Act 44).
    • Responsible for all State Parole Notifications to victims and Assistant/Deputy District Attorneys.
    • Responsible for managing the Unit's voicemail line and distributing messages to appropriate parties.
    • Responsible for return mail, updating victim contact/database information and re-mailing notices.
    • Must be willing to attend mandatory trainings, as required by P.C.C.D.
    • Must meet all required clearances for employment (i.e., criminal record check and Act 33 - Child Abuse).
    • Other duties may be assigned.
    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Knowledge of the criminal justice/legal system, with experience in working with victims/witnesses of crime, preferred.
    • Experience with word processing and computer software, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and related office systems.
    • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks.
    • Ability to handle confidential information.
